This tool will make cutting chain and securing s-hooks on your swingset easy. Tremendous pressure is easily applied from the long handles to cut your chain and properly squeeze your s-hooks in place. Can also be used to reopen old s-hooks for replacement. Cuts up to 1/2" chain.
